Chocolate Jolonch is a company dedicated since 1770 to the artisan production of chocolate, especially the typical stone-made chocolate, considered an autochthonous variety from Agramunt (Lérida).

Furthermore, the organisation is committed to the environment and the importance of appropriate environmental management to preserve the environment and promote sustainable development.
The Management of Chocolate Jolonch establishes, declares and assumes the following principles:
1. The final quality and safety of the product delivered to the customer is the best result of the planned and systematised actions of prevention, detection, correction and continuous improvement during the processes.
2. The contractual and legal requirements, the wishes and expectations of the customers are the criteria for setting the standard for the quality and safety of our products.
3. The management is committed to the education and training of all staff, so that they take responsibility for the quality and safety of their work. To ensure a continuous and permanent updating of our resources, both technological and, above all, of our personnel, promoting continuous professional training policies that allow them to advance in their knowledge at the same pace as our sector.
4. Establish shared values, beliefs and standards that affect the culture and way of proceeding of the entire organisation so that all employees become instinctively aware of the elements necessary to produce safe and quality products.
5. Commitment to ensuring maximum food safety by complying with applicable food safety requirements, including those mutually agreed with customers and legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Identifying, assessing and recording risks and opportunities and establishing measures to control the effects arising from them according to the context in which their consequences develop.
7. To transmit to our suppliers the same quality and safety requirements as in our own work, as well as other possible requirements to be observed.
8. To demonstrate to interested parties (Clients, Certification Bodies, etc.), where appropriate, by means of objective evidence, the levels of quality and safety achieved, by means of systematic and orderly documentation of the activities carried out.
9. Commitment to continually improve the effectiveness and meet the requirements of the Quality and Food Safety System.Management undertakes to provide the necessary resources to implement a management system in accordance with the IFS standard, to promote the implementation of the policy, to guarantee the safety, legality and authenticity of its products, as well as to achieve the quality and food safety objectives approved by the same.
This policy provides the reference framework for the establishment and revision of the quality and food safety objectives.It is the will of the Management that the policy statement is communicated to all interested parties and is committed to its continuous adaptation.
